On July 23, 2024, the 12th President's Office Meeting of the 5th Guangdong Home Building Materials Chamber of Commerce was successfully held at the "New Pearl Group". The 12th Executive Meeting of the 5th President

At the meeting, Secretary General Chuanhui Yang introduced the Chamber of Commerce's third quarter work plan, which includes overseas study tours, exhibitions, aging friendly renovations, short video competitions, and other matters

At the meeting, Han Pan , Deputy General Manager of NEWPEARL GROUP and General Manager of GUANZHU Ceramic Tile Brand, also gave a keynote speech on "Great Beauty Building China Guanzhu", emphasizing the adherence to the brand concept and important achievements of Guanzhu Ceramic Tile, the diversity, personalization, and applicability of the product matrix, as well as the high praise and recognition obtained by the brand under the strong core strength.

At the meeting, Guangdong Home Furnishings signed strategic cooperation agreements with Guangwai Art School of Foreign Languages and Trade, Alibaba Cainiao Group, and Miolante. The signing of this strategic cooperation will fully leverage their respective advantages and establish an important measure of cooperation and strong alliance between both parties

At the theme forum of "Looking at the World from a 'New' Perspective and Cross Border New Opportunities", the representatives of entrepreneurs on site put forward forward-looking thinking based on the global market pattern and new opportunities for future development. Everyone will share the pain points of going global for enterprises, the development of foreign markets, and the precautions for domestic enterprises going global, and propose targeted strategies for going global.
The conference opened a collision of ideas about the development of the industry, creating a spark filled feast of ideas.

Yuyong Cao, President of Guangdong Home Building Materials Chamber of Commerce, shared that he has traveled to eight countries this year. He pointed out that in the context of increasingly fierce market competition and scarce industrial space, more and more enterprises are choosing to go abroad to explore broader markets and more development opportunities. During his recent visit to Saudi Arabia, he stated that the implementation of Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" provides vast space and opportunities for Chinese companies to enter the Saudi market, and is worth exploring opportunities for various industries.
